Naousa
Naousa (pronounced "NAH-oo-sah") is a fishing village by day and shopping and eating heaven at night and is the main northern town. It’s a gorgeous village, with blue-domed churches, white-washed houses, quaint fishing boats and stone pathways boasting many restaurants, high-end cocktail bars, boutiques, and a winery. It is a 11 minute drive from the wedding venue. See below for some of our top favorite food spots, activities and places we explored during our research trip:
Technofit Gym Wellness & Fitness Center
Awesome gym near town we would frequent! Just beware you may sweat A LOT as the AC isn't promised :-)
Tserki Naousa
Incredible cafe/bakery at the edge of town! Fun fact: they will be making our wedding cake :)
Sante Cocktail Bar
The lemon pie drink was our absolute FAV! It was so good, it made these two non-drinkers want to get one every night :D
Trickster Bar
The banana boat float and Parian spritz were incredible!
Souvlakia KARGAS
Absolute best spot for souvlakia! We had this almost every night during our research visit... definitely a staple when you visit Naousa!
LUAZ
An incredible classic yet chic, seaside Greek dinner! The ambiance and food are next level.
Siparos Seaside Restaurant
Incredible dinner spot right outside of the main town, highly recommend catching a sunset dinner here :)
Piperi Beach
A charming, sandy beach known for its clear waters and close proximity to Naousa.
Kolimpithres Beach
One of the most popular beaches on the island because of its unique landscape with shallow turquoise waters and the rocky lunar scenery. Known for its smooth, eroded granite rocks and small, sandy coves created in between them, it's definitely a beach worth visiting :)
Paros ON THE ROCKS
Relaxing beach bar on the famous Kolyipithres beach. We highly recommend the Gorgona drink here :)
Monastiri beach
Located on a small rocky bay on the northern side of Paros, this bohemian beach bar is one of the best on the island, the energy is relaxing yet vibrant and it's perfect if you're looking to spend all day at the beach!
Glaraki Cruises
Incredible boat tour that takes you around Anitparos. Highly recommend any opportunity to get out on the water during your stay!!
Santa Maria Beach
Another beautiful beach with shimmering golden sand and incredible crystal blue water. It's organized with a strip of sun-beds and beach bars. You can also find water-sports, diving and snorkeling here :)
PUNDA COAST
One of the most popular amongst younger ages and vibrant beaches of Paros. Crystal blue waters and golden sand combined with beach bars and loud music, it's a great choice if you are looking to have some cocktails and enjoy a party-vibe energy/experience!
VIVA PUNDA
Anddd if you're looking for a calmer yet still fun beach club experience, right next store to Punda Coast is Viva Punda. They have great music and a big drinks menu, we highly recommend the Tropicana drink here :)
