Chateau Wellington

Our venue with breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains and Wellington's Lake 6. This is also Chris and Barbi's home. Please join us for a fun day Friday before our wedding. Boats will be in the water, sand volleyball court will be ready to play on, fire pits ready to be burned and so many other things! The list is endless of things to do at this place!

Rocky Mountain National Park

If you are visiting from out of town, you have to go visit RMNP. Please just make sure to book a reservation beforehand.

Picnic Rock Natural Area

We had our engagement pictures taken here, and we LOVE IT! It's a slower, quieter pace than Estes or RMNP.

Boyd Lake State Park

This is in Loveland and near our home. We love anything that has to do with a lake.

Georgetown Loop Railroad

Book a train ride 1.5 hours away from Denver to see the beautiful aspen leaves start to change. Best way to see the colorful side of Colorado.

Royal Gorge Bridge & Park

If you're here for a long time, you need to visit! You can feed giraffes and it blows Denver Zoo out of the water.

The Wild Animal Sanctuary

Lots of Tiger King's tigers have been relocated to this sanctuary. They also have bears, mountain lions, and many many more animals that needed some extra TLC

Fort Collins

A town filled with lots, and lots to do. So many outdoor activities, hole in the wall restaurants, and interesting historical monuments.

Ginger and Baker

This is one of our favorite restaurants. We love the fried chicken and chicken pot pie, but you will be please with anything on their menu. Everything is homemade and their meat and ingredients are bought locally! They also have cooking classes available on their website.

McGraff's American Grill

Another one of our favorite restaurants. We love their pizzas and the London Broil.

The Still Whiskey Steaks

Great steaks, and you have to try their brussel sprouts!

Henry's Pub

One of our favorite restaurants if you're looking for a pub-like setting along with tasty food. We love their Schnitzel, Fried Chicken, Tikka Masala, and Chicken Gorgonzola Carbonara.

Delicious made in house ice cream with interesting flavors. Carter's favorite is the Oatmeal Cookie. He says it tastes like Christmas! Yes... He orders it year around.

Best Cajun food in Colorado. They are from Louisiana and have several locations across the front range. My personal favorite is Hank's Eggs. It is not on their menu, but the cooks know exactly what it is.

Colorado Cherry Company at Loveland

Best place for flavored honeys, fresh made pies, and salsas!

Totally 80's Pizza & Museum

Fun, interesting 80's designated pizza joint. We always find something new that we didn't notice before.
