FAQs

Question

Can I Bring A Guest?

Answer

Due to a limited venue space, we ask that you do not bring a guest unless your invitation says you can. For Example: Your invitation would say "Mr. & Mrs. First & Last Name" That indicates your invitation is for you and your spouse. If your invitation says "First, Last Name & Guest" we have reserved an extra seat for one guest to accompany you

Question

Can I Bring Our Children?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, this is an adult only affair. To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry, we ask that no children attend the ceremony or reception. Thank you for understanding!

Question

When Should I Arrive?

Answer

Our Ceremony will start promptly at 5 in the evening. To ensure that everyone has sufficient time to find their seats and settle in comfortably, we kindly request that all guests arrive no later than 4:30PM. This will allow us to start the ceremony promptly and create a serene atmosphere for exchanging our vows. Please note that due to the nature of the venue and our desire to maintain and uninterrupted ceremony, late arrivals may not be able to access the ceremony area after 4:50PM. We genuinely want everyone to share in this significant part of our wedding, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to the requested arrival time. If, for any reason, you are unable to attend the ceremony, stick around! The reception will start promptly after the ceremony.

Question

When Should I Rsvp By?

Answer

Please RSVP by February 13, 2024. In your invitation envelop, you received an RSVP card. Please indicate if you and/or your spouse/guest will be able to attend. If only one can attend, please only write the First and Last name of the invited guest that can attend. Any RSVP card received after February 13, 2024 will politely be mark as "can not attend" as we will be giving our final guest count to our vendors a few days after.

Question

What If I Can No Longer Make It?

Answer

You will be unbelievably missed, but we do understand things do come up. However, with us having limited space, having a final head count is very important. If you have already RSVP that you and your spouse and/or guest can attend and can no longer attend our wedding, please contact Taylor Roberts or Brian Camp as soon as possible.

Question

Will Your Ceremony Be Unplugged?

Answer

We have made the decision to have an “unplugged” wedding ceremony, which means we kindly request that our guests refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. We wholeheartedly believe that by being fully present in the moment, we can all share in the beauty and significance of this milestone in our lives. This decision was made with the utmost consideration, as we deeply desire our loved ones to be fully immersed in the ceremony alongside us. By refraining from using electronic devices, we can create an atmosphere of intimacy, focus, and genuine connection. We have engaged a professional photographer to capture all the precious moments of our wedding day. We are excited to share their work with you afterward, allowing you to fully enjoy the experience as our honored guest.

Question

Bar

Answer

We are pleased to let you know that we will be offering a semi-open bar for the duration of the reception. This means that a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available to our guests at no additional cost up to a specific amount. Once this limit has been reached, any further drinks can be purchased from the hotel bar, which will be conveniently located nearby. They will be delighted to serve you and will handle any purchases directly. Please note that any expenses incurred at the hotel bar will be the responsibility of the individual guest. We kindly request your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these arrangements. Our intention is to strike a balance that allows us to offer a generous bar selection while staying within our planned budget.
