Beach Day with Snorkeling

Recommend: Major's Bay Shipwreck Beach Bar Reggae Beach Bar If you tell any cab driver the names of these locations (or ask them of their favorite places to go) they will know how to get you there!

ShipWreck Beach Bar & Grill

Great place for a beach day with perfectly clear water for snorkeling! The restaurant offers amazing drinks and very good food as well!

Palms Court Gardens

Enjoy a drink, the gardens, and pool overlooking Port Zante and Basseterre! It is $20 for a wristband, but you are able to stay for the entire day!

Reggae Beach Bar-Grill

Another great place for a beach day! Just a little out of the way on the most southern part of the island.

Explore Nevis for the Day (Islander Watersports)

The water taxi will leave from Reggae Beach Bar and take you to Nevis. You will need to find a cab driver on Nevis to get you around and bring you back to the shuttle location to return to St. Kitts. This company also offers jet ski, kayak and paddleboard rentals!

Here is a link for all sorts of off roading excursions on island! We have never done this so don't quite know what to personally recommend.

Zipline Experience

Here is a link that we found for a zip line tour! The trip would take approximately 2 hours and you can be picked up directly from the hotel.

Royal St. Kitts Golf Club

Play a round of 18 with an amazing ocean view!

Volcano Hike (Mount Liamuiga)

This is an 8+ hour commitment! If you plan on doing this hike definitely bring hiking shoes and appropriate clothes!!

Island tour

Travel around the island in a taxi, find a tour bus in Port Zante, or have Taylor and Blair take you. It only takes about an hour to travel around the entire island with no stops, but if you plan on stopping to see local attractions plan on spending a couple of hours on the road.

St. Kitts Scenic Railway

Ride on a historic sugar cane train around the island! The tour takes about 3 hours and will travel along the coast and also through parts of the rainforest!

Port Zante

This is where all of the cruise ships dock during the day. Lots of fun tourist type shopping and restaurants!

Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine

This is where Taylor is going to vet school! If you would like to see the campus, please let Taylor know as you must get a visitor’s pass to be able to go on campus.

"The Strip"

A chain of island beach bars/restaurants that are open from 11am-2am. A total of 10+ different bars (within walking distance of the Marriott)

Rock Lobster

This restaurant is within walking distance of Marriott. Very good food, but on the pricier side!

Marshalls

Another nicer restaurant, but also on the pricey side! This restaurant is not within walking distance so will require a cab, but is about 5 minutes from the Marriott.

Indian Summers

If you like Indian food this is the place for you! This restaurant offers a wide variety of Indian dishes. If you aren't a fan or don't know what to get, we recommend the Butter Chicken and Curry Chicken dishes!

Coconut Grove

Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (within walking distance of Marriott)!

Island Roasters

This is a very new coffee shop! They serve very good breakfast and are located at the very end of the "Strip!"

Rituals Cafe

There are multiple Ritual's locations on the island. The one that we recommend is within walking distance of the Marriott and offers coffee and lots of options for breakfast and lunch!

Rituals Sushi

This sushi restaurant is located right next to Rituals Cafe!

Pizza Boys

Serves pizza, wings, and burgers and is within walking distance from the Marriott!

Michael's Burgers & Gelato

Burgers, wings, and milkshakes/ice cream!
