FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly reply by May 1st whether or not you’ll be attending! In case you are unsure about your attendance until closer to the wedding date, there is a hard deadline of May 1st, 2026 to RSVP. In the case of changed plans, you can change your RSVP status under the RSVP tab. If can no longer attend after the RSVP deadline closes, please reach out to us to let us know so we can update our caterers. If you have not RSVP'd by May 1st, we unfortunately will not have space for you to attend.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

You should expect to arrive between 3:30pm and 3:45pm. You do have to make a left turn on a busy-ish road, so please plan accordingly!

Question

Where are you registered for wedding gifts?

Answer

Please visit the "Registry" tab to find our wedding registry through Zola. Most gifts are linked through Amazon or Walmart. IMPORTANT: our address is changing on May 1st, 2026. We will be updating the address linked on our registry as we move, but please double check that you are not sending gifts to the McLane Ave address in May. Thank you for your attention to this!!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We are having very limited children at the wedding. If your children are invited, they will be included on your invitation!

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We included "+1" or the name of your long-term significant other on your invitation if they are invited! Please avoid bringing anyone not included on your invitation.

Question

What color are the bridesmaids wearing?

Answer

Steel Blue! You can find a link to the color shade here if you want to avoid wearing something similar. Please feel free to still wear any other shade of blue! https://www.azazie.com/products/azazie-chiffon-swatch?color=steel-blue

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’ll be celebrating with an outdoor garden ceremony and cocktail hour, followed by an indoor ballroom reception. Attire is "garden party formal", which is generally pretty light and airy. Options include suits or dress shirts with slacks. Jackets and ties are welcome, but not required. Dresses, skirts, and jumpsuits are all welcome as well. Soft spring colors like light blues, pinks, greens, yellows, etc. are suggested. Full white dresses should be avoided, but don't overthink it if your dress has some white in it (especially if it’s floral)! Please see "Attire Inspo" tab for color and outfit inspiration.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is not a shuttle service available between the hotel and the location of the wedding. We suggest booking under our hotel block at Delta and carpooling with friends/family, especially if you intend on drinking! There is plenty of parking at the venue itself, as well!

Question

Is this an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We are asking everyone to keep their phones on silent and in their pockets for the entire ceremony. Our photographer and videographer will be capturing plenty of content that we intend to share! Use your phone however you wish post-ceremony!

Question

Will there be alcohol present?

Answer

The venue has an on-sight pub that guests will have access to if they choose to drink which will include options for seltzers, wine, and beer. No outside alcohol is permitted on the property. Please reach out to Taylor or Ben for more information.

Question

Does the venue have any rules I should know about?

Answer

1. No outside alcohol allowed on the premises. 2. You cannot enter dressing rooms of the bride and groom unless you are explicitly invited to do so. 3. Do not enter the house itself on the property! Keep your celebrating to the ceremony, cocktail hour, and ballroom locations!

Question

What if I have allergies/food restrictions?

Answer

Please reach out to Ben or Taylor if you have any severe allergies or restrictions when you RSVP!
