We met online in Chicago and found out we only lived a block away from each other. Amir suggested we go to a Bull’s game. We hit it off right away and talked through the entire game. We finally started paying attention just in time to see the Bulls win with a game winning shot from Jimmy Butler against the Brooklyn Nets, 101-99. The rest is history.

I came home from work on a Sunday and Amir suggested we go do our favorite hike before the sun went down. We changed clothes and made the 10 minute drive down hwy 1. It had just rained so the river flowing through the area was huge and we had so much fun navigating across it. We came to a spot with a HUGE hollowed out red wood next to a waterfall. After we talked for awhile Amir turned to me and asked me to marry him. I was completely shocked and surprised. We’re excited to be celebrating the beginning of our next adventure with you!
