The Rose family became extremely influential figures throughout her life. Coincidentally, before Lauren ever met Nicholas (or the Roses), his father Cdr. Scott Bruce Ret. worked for and flew with Carolyn's late brother, Capt. William “Bill” A. Meeley in the US Navy. This unexpected family connection and Chuck’s creative and thoughtful demeanor make him the perfect person to serve as Officiant.
