Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we both love your little ones, we respectfully ask for them to not attend the Ceremony and Reception. Please feel free to bring them for the weekend, and we can work with the other parents, hotel concierge, or other resources to help you find a sitter.

Answer

Yes! The Hotel Californian ;) - but additional other hotels are listed on the Travel Page.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

For the Welcome Dinner the attire is Garden Attire and the Ceremony and Reception will be Black Tie Suggsted. Please see the Schedule Page for additional information and descriptions regarding dress code.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 4pm, as we will promptly be starting. Sunset is early this time of year!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will be providing trollies on Friday night to the Welcome dinner taking off from the Hotel Californian at 3:30pm. With the Ceremony and Reception taking place downtown Santa Barbara, we will not be providing transportation to and the venue on Saturday.

Is there parking for the welcome dinner, ceremony or reception?

Answer

The Welcome Dinner does not allow parking on-site, so we will be running trollies from the Hotel Californian. The Ceremony and Reception will have Valet Parking and Public Parking available. Rates vary.

Why do all of the events start so early?

Answer

With it being November the sunset is around 4:50pm each evening. We would love to take advantage of daylight and sunsets as much as possible.
