Is there a hotel room block?

What is the dress code?
Answer
We can't wait to get dressed up with everyone! Dress code is formal attire. Here are some helpful tips! For Women: A floor-length dress/gown, an elegant midi or ankle-length dress, or a dressy jumpsuit. For Men: A dark suit (black, navy, charcoal, etc.) with a button-down shirt and a conservative tie. Tuxedos are welcome but not mandatory.

While we love your little ones, we have decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope this allows everyone to relax and enjoy the evening! Thank you for your understanding.

How far is the ceremony location from the reception location?
Answer
The ceremony will be held at Sts. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox church in Cardiff-by-the-sea (Encinitas). The cocktail hour and reception will be held at the Cape Rey Carlsbad Beach Hilton Hotel. They are approximately 10-15 minutes away (around 8.5 miles).

Is transportation provided?
Answer
Unfortunately, we will not be providing guest transportation. That being said, the ceremony and reception are located within a short Uber/Lyft ride and there is ample parking on-site for those who wish to drive.

There will be both self-parking and valet options available to guests at the property.

*Traffic Concerns*
Answer
There can at times be unexpected traffic delays while on the 5 freeway right around Camp Pendleton/Oceanside area for those traveling south. Please be advised to check the traffic periodically throughout the morning to ensure you are able to allocate time for any unexpected traffic delays that may come about that day.

Can I Bring a Plus one?
Answer
Due to the limited space and planning that goes into our reception, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
