Airport and In-City Transportation

If you're not planning on renting a car, or just wanting to explore public transportation with the city, Sound Transit’s Link light rail makes trips from the airport to North Seattle. Trains arrive every 8-15 minutes, and take about 40 minutes to travel between Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) and Westlake Station downtown. King County Metro Transit provides bus service in downtown Seattle and outlying neighborhoods in King county including Woodinville and Kirkland. Willows Lodge

While Willow's doesn't offer room blocks for off-site events, it's the closest hotel to our venue (.6 miles), nestled at the heart of the Woodinville wine district. Willow's is home to The Barking Frog, serving Pacific Northwest cuisine, and it's walking distance to some incredible tasting rooms (Chateau St. Michelle Winery, Columbia Winery, DeLille Cellars, Novelty Hill-Januik Winery, and Woodinville Whiskey to name a few). Willow's provides a PNW ambiance with its massive fireplace, luxurious beds, and 5 acres of gardens. Seattle is 20 minutes' drive of the property, and a full-service spa is located on-site. This high-end relaxing resort is a great option if you're looking to treat yourself. The nightly rate starts at around $500.

Located just off I-405, this hotel is only 3.7 miles from Woodinville's wineries, including Clint and Tayler's wedding venue at JM Cellars. The Thompson is the perfect spot for guests seeking the Seattle city experience. Only one block from the famous Pike Place Market, the Seattle Art Museum (SAM), and countless hip bars and restaurants, this is one of our favorite Seattle hotels. It features one of the best rooftop bars in the city, The Nest. It's also just a short drive to the ferry terminal, convenient for a day trip to Bainbridge Island.

The Lodge at St. Edward State Park

The Lodge at St Edward State Park is just a 10-minute drive to Clint and Tayler's wedding venue. Set in the meandering trails of the lake-front state park, this is a perfect weekend getaway if you're looking for space away from the bustle. 10 miles from Seattle, The Lodge has a restaurant, bar, garden, and free WiFi. Guests at the hotel can enjoy a à la carte breakfast as well. The nightly rate is about $430, and both King and Double Queen rooms are available.

Airbnb offers countless lodging options in our area. The Eastside (Woodinville, Kirkland, Redmond, Bothell, Bellevue)... Our wedding and reception will be taking place in Woodinville, so you'll likely fall within 10 minutes of our venue if you opt for an Airbnb in one of these cities. You'll need to rent a car if you plan to drive into the city for restaurants and site-seeing. The West Side (Seattle)... If you'd like to stay in the city for a true Seattle experience, we recommend: South and East Lake Union, Queen Anne, Capitol Hill, Ballard, Fremont, Phinney Ridge, Greenwood, Greenlake, and Wallingford.
