Hotel
We have reserved a block of rooms at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Bloomington for both Friday and Saturday night. To make a reservation at a discounted rate, you must click "view" below or call the front desk at (309) 664-6446. Please make your reservations before the date of 5/1/26, as any remaining rooms will be available for the general public to book at that time. If you choose not to stay one or both nights, you can cancel at least 48 hours prior to check in.
Shuttle
May 23, 2026 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Please note, the venue is a 20 minute drive from the hotel. A shuttle service consisting of two shuttle busses from the DoubleTree Hotel to and from the venue will be provided. The shuttles will fill up quickly, so be sure to arrive early to secure your spot, or arrange other transportation services. 2:15pm: Shuttles will be at DoubleTree main entrance ready for guests to begin boarding 2:45pm: Shuttles depart for the hotel 3:10pm: Shuttles arrive at venue Pickup from reception: 9:20pm, 9:40pm, 10:30pm, 10:45pm .
