Question

How and when do I RSVP?

Answer

Please locate the RSVP tab listed on this website and proceed by typing your name to find your invitation. You will then be prompted to RSVP for your group on the next page. Kindly RSVP by March 28th to assist us in accommodations. If we do not receive your response by this date, we will have to kindly mark you as a "no" as we need to provide our vendors with a total guest count in a timely manner. Thank you for understanding.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. For the guys, suits, sport coats, dress shirts and dress pants with ties optional are all options. For the ladies, formal dresses, cocktail dresses, and tea-length dresses are encouraged. We’d love to see everyone in spring colored attire!* The ceremony will take place on grass, so we recommend avoiding stiletto heels. *Bridesmaids are wearing light blue.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to limited space, we will not be able to accommodate guests that were not formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

As much as we wish your children could join us, unless they are addressed on your formal invitation, we are asking that no other children be present to help us accommodate everyone.

What is the nearest airport?

Answer

The closest airport is Central Illinois Regional Airport at Bloomington-Normal about 20 minutes away from our venue. Other options include General Wayne A. Downing Peoria International Airport about 1 hour from our venue, Chicago Midway International Airport, or O’Hare International Airport which are each just over 2 hours from our venue.

Will the events take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, weather permitting. Dinner and the reception will take place on the same grounds inside the venue.

Where should I park?

Answer

A shuttle service will be providing transportation to and from the venue. See "Hotel and Shuttle" tab for more information. If you choose not to utilize the shuttle service and drive yourself, parking is available on-site. Once you arrive at the address, continue driving until you pass the silo tunnel. You will then see attendants who will help guide you.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will start at 3:30 pm sharp. We recommend arriving no later than 3:15 pm to allow yourself plenty of time to park, find a seat, and settle in.

Are photos and videos permitted during the ceremony?

Answer

We are asking that you please silence and stow away all mobile devices prior to the ceremony. We would love for you to be fully present and in the moment with us as we have invested in an amazing professional photographer and videographer. Our full wedding album will be shared virtually following the ceremony, in which you will have the opportunity to download any photos you'd like.
