Elegant Cocktail attire! We love a classy look but we also know we will be in Oklahoma in the middle of the summer.
No, we recognize that it will be too hot to have the entire ceremony and reception outdoors. However, we will have about a 45 minute cocktail hour outdoors immediately following the ceremony. There will be two covered patios, refreshing beverages, and plenty of umbrellas to stand under. This will only be so that our catering company can flip the room inside. Once they are finished, in we go to start the reception! P.S. For our aging grandparents or anyone unable to be outside, there will be a small upstairs area for a few guests to sit and wait.
The only children attending the wedding will be those that are in the wedding party. While we love your little ones, we have decided to make our wedding an adults-only event. We hope this gives everyone a chance to relax and celebrate with us! Thank you for understanding and we look forward to dancing the night away with you!!
