October 6 there will be a Welcome Party starting at 7pm at Owls Hoot Barn, everyone is invited! October 7 is the wedding. If you want to come to both (and we'd love for you to join) we recommend booking your hotel for both nights!
For the Welcome Party on October 6, guests will need to drive/uber. There is plenty of parking at the venue. For the Wedding on October 7, there will be a free shuttle running continuously between the hotel, venue and after party location.

There is no shuttle on October 6 for the welcome party. For the wedding day the first shuttle will leave Holiday Inn Express at 2:30pm. The shuttle will run every 20 minutes, and the last shuttle before the ceremony will be at 3:30pm. Starting again at 9:00pm the shuttle will be available for anyone who wants to leave the reception early. The shuttle will run continuously throughout the night. At 10:30pm the shuttle will be available to start dropping people off at the after-party at Cask and Rasher. The shuttle will be doing loops between Cask and Rasher, Holiday Inn, and Owls Hoot. It is all the same shuttle, so hop on and get off where you want! The last shuttle from Cask and Rasher back to accommodations will be around 1:00am.
Yes. The ceremony will take place outside on the lawn. The cocktail hour will take place in an outdoor pavilion. The reception will be inside a barn with A/C or heat (depending on the weather).
