Arrive for Pre-Ceremony Drinks & Lawn Games

A shuttle from Holiday Inn Express will be running to Owl's Hoot Barn every 20 minutes beginning at 2:30pm. Be sure to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to when the ceremony starts! There will be a refreshment stand upon your arrival. Feel free to explore the grounds and play some lawn games before the ceremony begins.
Ceremony
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

We will be having an outdoor ceremony, so ladies - think about leaving the stilettos at home!
Cocktail Hour
4:30 pm - 6:00 pm

After the ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour where hors d'oeuvres and cocktails will be served.
Reception
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Let's party! Dinner will be served "family style" with chicken, beef, pork, and vegetarian options. Shuttles will start transporting anyone who wants to leave a little early back to the hotel beginning at 9:00pm and running continuously throughout the night.
Bonfire & Late Night Snacks

The bonfire will be lit at 10:00pm - be ready to make some S'mores!
After Party

There will be an after party at the Cask and Rasher pub starting at 11:00pm. This will be a cash bar. Chicken tenders and fries will be provided! The shuttle will be be making continuous loops bringing guests to the Cask and Rasher, or back to their accommodations until 1:00am.
