The suggested attire for the ceremony is cocktail attire. The ceremony will be held outside in the August, Florida heat. Possible outfit choices: A nice dress or suit and tie with a sport coat. Due to the heat, other appropriate attire for the wedding ceremony and reception would be Beach Formal Attire: a formal summer sundress (tea-length or knee-length) with flats and a summer suit with linen shirt, linen pants or khakis. For the dessert party, we encourage you to be comfortable. It is a Casual Wedding Dress, with the following as suggested attire: We recommend a casual dress or dress shorts with button-down shirt or polo shirt. We will be remaining in our bridal attire, but would love for everyone in our wedding to be comfortable. Please be sure to wear comfortable shoes, as this portion of the wedding could have a bit of walking.
No, you do not need a ticket for the day of the wedding, but you will not be permitted to stay in the park in between events. Once the ceremony and reception are complete, you will be transported back to your hotels or to a hotel of your choice within the following: Beach Club, Pop Century, Contemporary, and Caribbean Beach. If you would prefer to stay in the park, you would need to purchase a ticket for the park that day. If you choose to do so, please let Katie and Ryan know. Additionally, for all other days, Disney is now requiring park reservations, please be sure to reserve the park of your choice on the date in which you choose to attend. Again, you do not need a ticket or a reservation to attend any events on Wednesday, August 10th.
No, it is just a decorative addition to the wedding invitations. But we like your dedication.
60 days out from your first night of stay. Most Disney restaurants book up, so if you have a particular place in mind, please book them in advance!
