Schedule and Bus Information

Itinerary Changes and Updated Details Our itinerary has slightly changed to being earlier. We realize this is an inconvenience to our guests but unfortunately, park hours dictated our change of time. Please note that all meeting times are firm as Disney will be escorting all guests to all events. Due to the strict rules that Disney sets forth, late arrivals will not be able to be accommodated. Bus Pickup Information 6:15 AM Beach Club Resort 6:30 AM Caribbean Beach Resort 6:45 AM Pop Century and Contemporary Please note these are the times the bus will be leaving. Please meet at the lobby of your resort. We apologize again for the early hour and truly wish we could be starting later! For the dessert party, guests will transport themselves via walking on the Boardwalk or Skyliner to the International Gateway by 7:35 PM. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes for this portion of the day.

You do not need to RSVP at this time, but we are trying to gather information on whether you would or would not like to be part of a room block. There are three options for the room block, all connected by the Skyliner: 1) Disney's Pop Century Resort- Approximately $174 Per Night 2) Disney's Caribbean Beach- Approximately $244 per night 3) Disney's Beach Club (Ryan and Katie Will be staying here)- Approximately $415 per night Please note this is NOT an RSVP for the wedding, but for us to get a vague idea of how many nights and rooms to do a room block for. Please feel free to call either of us if you have any questions!

The Living Seas Salon

Guests must attend the ceremony in order to attend the reception.
