Is there a dress code?

Dress to celebrate! We ask that you skip the jeans. Semi-formal attire is encouraged, and long dresses are a great choice.

Your invitation and RSVP list the guests invited. The venue has limited capacity, so please plan for only the names included.

Children or family are listed on your invitation and RSVP if invited. Please keep an eye on any little ones you bring.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony (4:30pm) to find your seat and get settled.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We won’t have a shuttle. Uber and Lyft are available in the area. If you choose to drive, a parking attendant will be there to hand out parking passes when you arrive.

Are OneWheels allowed at the venue?

Answer

No — OneWheels and other motorized personal vehicles are not permitted at the venue.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We don’t have specific recommendations, but there are plenty of great options in the Cottage Grove and Eugene areas. Feel free to choose whatever works best for your stay.
