The ceremony will start promptly at 5pm and the doors will open at 4:30pm so please arrive within that timeframe, making sure to be seated by 5pm.
You can park in the the large parking lot behind the church and come in under the red awning go up the stairs or access the elevator on your left when you walk through the door. The ceremony is in the Sanctuary, on level 1 and to the left. Or you can park in the side lot parallel to Duke St and walk around the front of the church to access the wheelchair ramp in the courtyard.
Yes. The ceremony and reception will both be at Duke Memorial UMC. The ceremony will take place in the sanctuary and then we will walk over to the fellowship hall (Whitford Hall) for the reception.
No. Methodist churches cannot have alcohol on the property. But along with dinner and cupcakes we will have a Soda Station with different kinds of soda and flavors for everyone to try!
Nice wedding attire is suggested but not necessary. Wear colors and clothes that make you feel happy!
Tatum and Rebekah will still be in town on Monday, May 18th and will be hanging out at their favorite Durham spots, if you would like to spend a little more time with the couple. Join us at a few of our favorite spots throughout the day! 10am - Vessel Coffee House and Art Cafe 1pm - Cugino Forno (pizza, beer, ice cream) 6:30pm - Motorco Music Hall (fun bar food!)
