We recommend looking into Airbnb or VRBO for your stay in Denver. The brewery is located in a neighborhood called Berkeley and is a very cute and fun neighborhood. Highlands, Sunnyside and LoHi are also great neighborhoods and close to everything. While Denver is getting bigger, everything is still within a 15-20 minute lyft ride. The marriage celebration is in Washington Park and is a great older neighborhood with great bars and restaurants.
