We have organized two hotel blocks in the Brickell neighborhood of Miami. This area has some great restaurants / bars and is centrally located in the city, making it easy to explore the other neighborhoods if you want to check them out. Feel free to stay in one of these hotels or arrange your own accommodations. If you prefer a quieter neighborhood we recommend Coconut Grove or Coral Gables. If you want the classic Miami experience then South Beach is the way to go. Wherever you choose to stay, keep in mind that we are organizing a shuttle to the venue that will be departing from the hotels listed below.

March 1, 2025 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm

There will be 2 shuttles picking up guests at 3PM to provide transportation to the venue. Pick Up Location 1: Element Miami Brickell Address: 115 SW 8th St, Miami, FL 33130 Pick Up Location 2: Aloft Miami Brickell Address: 1001 SW 2nd Ave, Miami, FL 33130 There will be one shuttle departing from the venue at 9:00 PM to take any guests back to the hotel who wish to leave early. Shuttles will be available to return guests to the hotels at 11PM / take guests to the after party.

Flight

Miami International Airport (MIA)

We recommend that guests fly into Miami International Airport (MIA). This airport is about a 15 minute drive / ride from Brickell. The next closest airport is Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) which will be about a 35-50 minute drive / ride to Miami depending on traffic.
