Attire: Casual & Warm
Anyone who wishes to join in is invited to the Tashjians' home Friday evening for a relaxed time together. We'll have chili & soup, beverages, snacks, and something sweet. Drop in for a quick hello on your way to your lodging, or come hang for a while! Weather permitting, we'll have a little fire going outside with s'mores fixings, and hope to mostly be outside on the deck and in the yard. This is a no-pressure invitation to spend some extra time together if you've gotten into town already, and meet some other special folks in Matthew & Caroline's life. Attire note: When we say casual, we mean truly casual! Please come comfy and warm.

Saturday Afternoon Fun

Saturday's venue is a lovely farm with lots of pretty space to enjoy. Friends & fam are welcome to come out as early as 1 PM to enjoy the fall air, play some corn hole & other games, and spend some time together! We'll have snacks, drinks, and activities available for the afternoon, and you're welcome to arrive any time after 1. Around 3pm, Caroline and Matthew will disappear for a bit with close family til "ceremony" time, but hope everyone will mingle and get to know each other. You are welcome to bring a wardrobe change if you like, and make use of the restroom space (or ask Caroline about other options)... but you're also welcome to come as casual and comfy as you like for the whole day and evening! Weather-permitting, we'll be mostly outdoors the whole time, so don't skip that jacket/shawl/scarf and make good shoe choices :) There will be heaters for the evening festivities. We will update everyone if the forecast looks foreboding.
Ceremony & Party

Attire: Fall Festive
We'll gather together around 4 for a short-and-sweet ceremony close to sunset, then enjoy an evening of food & dancing. While we eat, there will be a microphone available for a "Roast & Toast" - anyone who wishes to say anything is welcome to help themselves to the mic! (Is this a bad idea? We'll risk it...) We know many of you are asking about the dress code... we're calling it "Fall Festive" attire. If you want to wear your cute autumn dress & wedges, that's great! If you want to be sparkly on the dance floor, that's great! If you want to wear jeans and your favorite flannel, that's great! However you feel ready to mingle, eat, dance, and celebrate is exactly how we want you to show up. Be aware we'll be on grass, dirt, gravel, and concrete.
