Orlando Airport Information (MCO)

Please make sure you are flying into the Orlando International Airport (MCO) when flying in. This is the closest airport as we will be in the Walt Disney World Area.

United Airlines Discount

We’ve arranged a small discount with United Airlines for those flying in! If you're booking with United, you can save around $5 per ticket using the discount via the link. It's not huge, but every bit helps.

Hotel

Courtyard Orlando Lake Buena Vista in the Marriott Village

Courtyard is the more expensive option for our blocks. Our room block covers both standard queen and king rooms with the rate being $144/night. The link will allow you to book other rooms along with upgrades if you wish. Please note, BREAKFAST IS NOT included for guests staying at Courtyard. (See below for Fairfield option which has breakfast included.) The hotel block itself is for Sat, March 21st - Mon, March 23rd. If you wish to stay longer, the hotel will honor our group rate 3 days before and after based on availability. Resort also has a $5/day destination fee which is converted into food and beverage credit for you to use. Guests are also able to schedule complimentary shuttle transportation to and from Walt Disney World and Disney Springs at resort. You will have to book your shuttle at the Expedia Local Expert desk in lobby of hotel. Must be booked at least 1 hour before departure time. Shuttle times are available upon check-in. PLEASE NOTE: Shuttle service does have mixed reviews. If you do plan on going to Disney you may want to look at taking an Uber instead which would cost roughly $20 each way (for a car that can hold 4 people) depending on time and park you are visiting. Fairfield Inn & Suites Orlando Lake Buena Vista in the Marriott Village

Fairfield is the cheaper option. Our room block covers both standard queen and king rooms ($129/night) along with family rooms for families of 5 which includes a king bed along with trundle bunk beds ($159/night). We only requested a small number of family rooms so please do not book if you are not a family of 5 or more. The link will allow you to book other rooms along with upgrades if you wish. Transportation from Airport to Hotel - Uber or Lyft

If you're not familiar with these services, all you need to do is download their respective apps (Uber or Lyft) onto your phone. Once installed, simply enter your pick-up location and destination. The app will then connect you with an available driver. You’ll be able to track the driver's real-time location as they make their way to pick you up and monitor your route to your destination.

Shuttle

Wedding Day Shuttle - Hotel to Venue

March 23, 2026 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

We’ve arranged a mini bus that will run continuously between the Courtyard by Marriott in the Marriott Village and Paradise Cove from 4 PM to 6 PM. Ceremony will begin at 6 PM so please try be at venue no later than 5:45pm. If you’re staying at the Fairfield Inn, please walk over to the Courtyard by Marriott to catch the shuttle. Both hotels are part of the same resort village and are located just across from each other.
