Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please see travel page of this website for information on hotel blocks. If you are planning on going to Walt Disney World and would like to stay at one of the resorts you can't go wrong with any resort you chose. Value Resorts tend to be the cheaper options and are a good option if you aren't planning on spending much time at the resorts. If you do plan on staying at a Disney resort or another hotel other than where the hotel block will be the day of wedding you will have to provide your own transportation to venue. You can easily order an Uber or Lift. This may be a good option if you do plan on going to Walt Disney World depending on resort rates. If you are going to Walt Disney World, another option you can consider if you wish is to stay at a Disney resort for part of your trip and then transfer over to one of the hotels we have arranged hotel blocks at for the wedding. Just be mindful of check in times and the time you need to get ready if you do chose to do this.

Staying At A Disney Resort. What are my transportation options?

Answer

If you're staying at a Disney Resort, you have a couple of convenient transportation options from the airport. You can either take a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft, or book a shuttle with Mears Transportation—the official transportation provider for Walt Disney World Resort. To book with Mears, simply visit their website and enter your arrival date and time, flight details, and the Disney Resort where you'll be staying. While there is a cost for this service, it can be a more affordable option compared to rideshares. You can also book round-trip service to and from the Disney resort to airport for your return if you will be staying at Disney and not staying at the Marriott Village where we have the room blocks set up for the wedding.

Will the reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our venue is an outdoor venue so please make sure to dress according to the weather. It does tend to heat up in March but at night it can still get a little chilly. The reception area is covered can be partially enclosed if it does get too chilly.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi Formal / Cocktail Attire: Suits and cocktail dresses preferred but short-sleeved button downs and maxi dresses welcome! Traditional Indian wedding attire also welcome! We kindly ask that guest avoid wearing jeans along with the color white. This is an outdoor venue so please make sure to dress comfortably as well. It doesn't hurt to bring a small sweater just in case you need at night!

Answer

Bridesmaids will be in pink. Groomsmen will be in navy blue.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, we simply can't afford all of our guests to bring a guest of their own. Plus ones are therefore by invitation only and we ask other guests to please not bring a plus one. Thank you so much for understanding!
