Are there any covid related requirements?

Answer

We would really appreciate it if all guests are up to date on their vaccinations! The reception will be inside, we will leave the doors open for ventilation. You are not required to wear a mask, but feel free to do whatever makes you comfortable!

Where can I park if I drive to the venue?

Answer

We highly recommend that you take public transit, ride share or carpool with other guests. There is very little parking inside the park. You would need to find street parking on Sloat Blvd or Wawona st.

What address should I put for a ride share?

Answer

If you are using a ride share app put in the address as "Sigmund Stern Grove". DO NOT put in Trocadero Clubhouse, or the dog park, you will not be dropped off in the correct location. Drives may not want to drive you down the very steep entry road, so please wear shoes that you are comfortable walking down a steep hill in!

What kind of shoes should I wear?

Answer

It depends on a couple things. There is a steep hill that you will have to walk down if you are coming by muni(train/bus) or parking on street level. Please wear shoes you are comfortable walking in or have someone drop you at the bottom of the hill before parking. The ceremony will take place on grass, and the cocktail hour is outside on wood chips.

Do I need to bring cash for the bar?

Answer

No! Drinks are on us, but I'm sure the bartender would appreciate some cash tips :)
