October 17 2020
We took a last minute trip to Universal Studios Orlando FL. Aaron originally was going to propose on Oct 16. He Carried the ring around in a bag all day at Islands of Adventure, which he even left at the Men in Black ride at one point. But I decided I wanted to do another day at Islands of Adventure and not go to Universal where he planned to propose. Later in the evening we went to a fancy dinner that was meant to be after an engagement. The next day, Oct. 17, he proposed in front of the Universal Studios globe in the morning before entering the park. He was so nervous, he forgot everything he was going to say to me. It was quiet , intimate and perfect. I was terrified I was going to lose the ring the rest of the day riding rides.
