Though farther from the wedding location, the Portland airport may offer a better variety of flight options for those traveling from far. The drive from Portland to the wedding is about 3 hours and is an absolutely stunning drive no matter the time of year.

Redmond Municipal Airport

2522 Jesse Butler Circle Redmond, OR 97756 Redmond airport is the most convenient to the Central Oregon area and is only 22 minutes from the venue. They are currently served by Seven air carriers; Aha! Allegiant Airlines, American Airlines, Alaska Air, Avelo Airlines, Delta Airlines, and United Airlines, with non-stop flights from Burbank, Denver, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Phoenix-Mesa, Portland, Reno, San Diego, San Francisco, Salt Lake City, and Seattle.

We suggest booking airport transportation in advance. Redmond is a wonderful small airport yet doesn’t typically have taxis or Uber waiting on arrivals. We recommend the following transportation companies. All wedding activities will take place at Brasada Ranch. For your convenience and best possible experience, we’ve obtained a discounted rate for all wedding guests. To book this rate, please call the resort directly and mention the Sonnemaker-Brant Wedding. Brasada Ranch offers a wide variety of lodging options to its guests – everything from suites to spacious four bedroom cabins. Ranch House Suites are single guest rooms, well suited for individual guests or couples, while the two, three and four bedroom cabins are perfect for guests visiting Brasada Ranch as part of a larger group. Each of these cabins features a well-appointed kitchen and living area, bedrooms each with their own private bathrooms, and the option to upgrade to a unit with a hot tub. Additionally, certain cabins can be made up with twin beds in one bedroom or a sofa bed in the living area.

If staying at Brasada Ranch, the resort offers complimentary shuttles around the property. There are also several accessible parking lots onsite, as well as golf cart rentals.

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception locations are all within walking distance. However, those who do not wish to walk can ride in style in the Bend Trolley to the reception!

There are several hotels in the immediate area if you are looking to stay elsewhere. Other than close to the airport, the city of Bend has plenty of accommodations at a range of prices. There is much to do in Bend if you are looking to stay more central to the hustle and bustle, and the city is only about 30 minutes from the wedding venue.
