What is the attire?
Answer
Whatever is comfortable from Sunday to Cocktail.
Question
Is this indoors or outdoors?
Answer
It’s both currently. Outdoors will have heaters and a fire pit, but be sure to bring coats or blankets with you. If the weather is very bad, we will move everything inside and seating will be split into upstairs loft area.

There is no assigned seating, but there will be a few tables reserved for the bride, groom and family.

What’s to drink?
Answer
It will be open bar from a selections of wines from the venue and beer. There will be a sparkling toast before the cake. Coffee, tea, and water will also be available throughout the evening. You are welcome to tip the bartenders but not required.

What’s for dinner?
Answer
Wildwood Grill catering, Buffet style: Artisan salad Herb grilled boneless chicken And/or Braised boneless short rib Mashed potatoes Veggies or Green Beans

Alcohol and smoking policy
Answer
Outside liquor, or above 18%abv, and smoking is not allowed on the property. However, whatever happens in the parking lot is your business, just don’t be rude and unruly! There will be an off duty Grapevine police officer keeping the peace.

What kind of music?

We have a live band for dancing!! They play a wide variety of music that we feel everyone will enjoy, but they may also take requests.

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
We didn’t register anywhere and feel that your presence is present enough! However, if you are feeling extra generous, there will be a card drop box at the welcome table and we both accept Zelle or Venmo.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
We did not accommodate for any food allergies or diet restrictions. If you have concerns about this, please contact the catering directly at 817-848-2100.
Question
Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
The parking lot is west adjacent to the event barn. Ubers are also a good choice.
