Sophia is Tara’s sister-in-law and will be taking on the all-important role of Chief Chaos Coordinator. Tara’s brother, Brandon, first introduced Sophia to the family back in their college days in Pittsburgh. Over the years, her bond with Tara has only grown stronger, filled with laughter, endless conversations, and plenty of wine. Tara was incredibly honored to stand by Sophia’s side as a bridesmaid at her wedding to Brandon, and now it feels so special to have Sophia playing such a key role in hers. As Chief Chaos Coordinator, Sophia will be the go-to person for keeping everything (and everyone) running smoothly.

Samantha "Sammie" Auclair

Maid of Honor

Tara met Sammie while working at the Fredericksburg Area Museum in Fredericksburg, VA (years ago), where Sammie was an intern studying Art History at Mary Washington College. The two quickly hit it off and became instant partners in crime, bonding over museum mishaps, laughing too loudly, getting into harmless trouble, or adding to their collection of tattoos together. Since then, they've been through just about everything together. Tara is beyond honored to have Sammie as one of her Maids of Honor.

Jessica "Jessy" Jones

Tara has known Jessy since she was about seven years old. Jessy officially became Tara’s ride-or-die during the senior year of high school, and their friendship only grew stronger through college (and all the adventures that came after). Post-graduation, Jessy would make her rounds through Virginia and West Virginia, finding new ways for the two of them to get into just a little trouble wherever they went. Jessy can’t wait to welcome everyone back and Tara couldn’t be more thrilled to have her best friend by her side as one of the Maids of Honor.

Allie Spears

Tara owes Allie big time. Back in the summer of 2024, Tara and Jeremiah went camping with friends, leaving their dog Kylo with a sitter. Everything was fine… until the sitter bailed and Kylo was left home alone! Thankfully, their friend Brittany came to the rescue and called up her friend Allie, who lived nearby. Allie swooped in and saved the day. Tara and Allie have been on many adventures, such as hiking, camping, attending the Outdoors Women Conference, and getting into all kinds of fun! Tara’s so grateful Allie stepped in that day and even more grateful to have her as a bridesmaid on her best day ever.

Olivia Serdy

Olivia is Jeremiah’s sister, and from the very first time Tara met her, she was welcomed with the biggest smile and open arms. Olivia instantly made Tara feel like part of the family, and the two quickly bonded over laughter, stories, and their shared love for Jeremiah (and maybe a little teasing of him, too). She feels so lucky to have gained not just a sister-in-law, but a lifelong friend. Tara is absolutely thrilled to have Olivia by her side as a bridesmaid!
