Answer

We recommend using your GPS as this leads you directly to the wedding venue. The address is 3255 NE Henderson Rd, Corbett, OR 97019. Please note, there is a parking lot for Bridal Veil Falls near the gravel road to the venue. You will NOT park in the paved parking lot for Bridal Veil Falls. Please follow the uphill gravel road to the wedding venue. This road will be marked with a sign saying "Austin and Tara Wedding." Please follow the road and additional signage with balloons. As the road approaches the venue, you will see signage indicating it is a one way loop. Please follow the signage. When you reach the parking area, you will be greeted by parking ushers who will direct you to a parking spot. After you park, you will take short walk that includes stairs up to the entrance of the venue. If someone in your vehicle cannot use stairs, the ushers will direct you to follow the loop so guests can be dropped off at the entrance. Once the guests have been dropped off, you will follow the one way loop back down to the parking area to park your vehicle. Then you will follow the stairs up to the entrance.

What time does it start?

We kindly ask our guests to start arrival at 2:30 PM. We plan to start the ceremony at 3:00 PM. While waiting, we ask our guests to enjoy the beautiful scenery and connect with one another.

Is there parking?

Answer

The venue can hold 150 cars maximum. We recommend carpooling if possible. Parking ushers will direct you to a parking spot.

Can I take an Uber or Lyft?

Answer

Uber or Lyft options are likely going to be limited, especially later in the evening or night time. Additionally, these options are likely to be pricey.

What should I wear?

Answer

We want our guests dressed for the occasion. "Smart casual" wedding attire means dressing neatly and polished, but not overly formal; think a mix of dressy and casual elements. For women, a nice skirt with a blouse or sundress with shoes comfortable for grassy terrain, like flats, sandals, or closed toed shoes. Please avoid overly casual items like jeans with rips or very short dresses. For men, a button-down shirt with chinos or dark wash denim paired with dress shoes or boots. Please avoid t-shirts, shorts, ripped or light wash denim, and tennis shoes.

What will the weather be like?

We are hoping for sunshine. Temperatures can reach 90 degrees in July. We suggest checking the weather two weeks before you travel.

What type of food are you serving?

Answer

Our caterer is Nicholas, a local Mediterranean restaurant that is one of Austin and Tara's favorite restaurants.

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

We ask our guests to be respectful of the shared air space. There is a smoking section for those who use tobacco or nicotine products. The venue does not permit smoking marijuana on the premises.

What type of beverages will be served?

Answer

There will be beer, wine, seltzer and a selection of non-alcoholic beverages provided.
