FAQs

Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please make sure to RSVP "yes" or "no" by OCTOBER 21st, 2025. This allows us to give our vendors a correct count prior to the wedding. If we haven’t received your RSVP by then, we’ll assume you’re unable to attend and will mark you as not coming. We truly hope to see you there, so please don’t forget to let us know!

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can't make it, please make sure to RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly with our guest count for vendors! Please do this before October 21st when RSVPs are due.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting at 3:00pm. To avoid being late and missing anything, we recommend arriving by 2:15pm-2:30pm to ensure getting through traffic and finding a seat before it starts!

Question

Will there be plenty of parking?

Answer

Yes, there is a large parking lot for our guests. We are the only ones using the venue on the day of the wedding, so there will be plenty of parking on site.

Question

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal/cocktail dress code for the ceremony. Please do not wear white, beige, cream or any colors similar. Please do not wear Emerald or any similar greens. Please do not wear Terracotta or anything similar like burnt orange or rust. Please do not wear Navy Blue.

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The Wedding ceremony and Cocktail Hour will be held outdoors. Cocktail Hour does allow for guests to be outdoors or indoors. The Reception will be held indoors.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The weather may be on the colder side, so come prepared with a sweater or jacket.

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space at our venue and costs, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on the invitation.

Question

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

As much as we love your children, due to limited space and costs, only children within our families will be able to attend. We encourage you to use this as a date night to get out and have some fun! We appreciate your understanding.

Question

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

Food will be buffet style.

Question

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

We will do our best to accommodate guests with any dietary restrictions or allergies. Please let us know any real dietary restrictions or allergies ahead of time. Please do not tell us things you don't like.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar during the reception until 1 hour before the end. Drinks can be ordered during that last hour on a cash basis.

Question

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

We have worked hard to have everything we need for our home, so we are asking only for cash gifts to contribute to our honeymoon/life fund. You can click "Registry" at the top of our wedding website, scan a QR code that will be provided at the wedding, or place cash envelopes in our Card box that will be present on the day of the wedding. Thank you!

Question

Am I allowed to take photos/videos at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will be UNPLUGGED. We have hired a wonderful wedding photographer, and we ask that you allow them to do their job so that we can get wonderful pictures/videos during our special moment. We will allow a moment during the ceremony to take a few pictures. You can take as many pictures/videos during cocktail hour and reception as you like!
