Due to Covid concerns, we chose to move our ceremony and reception to an out door location. This way guests can keep their distance & enjoy the fresh air! Unfortunately, we had ordered our save the dates before we made the switch.

Yes, there will a bus that picks you up at the hotel at 2:30. The hotel is going to try and get as many people as they can early check-ins, but they won’t know until the morning of the wedding which rooms will be available for early check-in. The bus will be available all day, and will do as many trips as necessary, at any time.
So, you have a few options: 1) Drive to the hotel and park your car there, and then take the shuttle to the ceremony and check-in when you return to the hotel. The shuttle will take your back to the hotel at any time, or you can just wait until the wedding is over to check-in. 2) You can drive straight to the ceremony and afterwards, during cocktail hour, you can drive to the hotel to check-in and take the shuttle back to the reception. It is only an 11 minute drive each way, so do what works best for you! We’re really hoping everyone is able to get an early check-in and it works out smoothly, but be prepared just incase you aren’t able to check-in early.
If you’re driving to the venue, we ask that you arrive at 3:00. If you are staying at the hotel, the shuttle service will pick you up at 2:30 and bring you to the venue.

Yes there is parking, and it is a short walk to the location. There will be golf carts to help any guests that would like help.
