If you are driving up to celebrate with us, Hood River OR is about an hour east of Portland OR in the Columbia River Gorge. If you're flying in, definitely fly into Portland (PDX)! Depending on how many people fly in, we are exploring the concept of renting some vans to help shuttle people from the airport to the venue. However, we're not sure if we'll be able to do this. We encourage all our guests to stay at the hotel so we can celebrate and enjoy each other for as long as possible! We will be there the afternoon of Friday January 16th to the morning of Sunday January 18th. Sadly, we may not be able to safeguard rooms for all our guests. The sooner you RSVP the more likely we may be able to negotiate to save more rooms! However, you may still be able to book a room there and there are many other hotels nearby. This is where we will be holding our combination ceremony and reception. We are able to save a select number of rooms for our guests to book and we will be saving those for the closest family and friends. However, rooms may still be available, and all of our guests are encouraged to stay here to ensure we can make the most of celebrating together. We will try to negotiate more room blockings in the hopes that all of our guests can stay here if they wish.
