Welcome Event
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Casual
The goal is to welcome the guests who are arriving a day early and give them a chance to visit with us. There is no pressure to come by and there will be an available cash-bar with beer and wine (maybe shots in the hotel room?!). All are welcome! We will have some games and will be decorating a bit but we want to spend time with you! Please let us know or come by early if you want because we will be there well in advance and the venue should be open.

Welcome and Entry
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
We aim to start the ceremony at 4:30 pm sharp. So please come in and acquaint yourself with the venue and the space and be ready.
Wedding
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Cocktail attire/Dressy casual. Dress warm, it's the PNW in January - it will likely be cold, almost certain to rain, and possible to snow a bit in Hood River. But don't worry, we'll be inside by the fire!
Venue Reset - Appetizers and Drinks (SPEECHES)
5:00 pm - 6:30 pm
During this time the venue will be reorganized from our wedding ceremony to the reception setting. During this period, appetizers will be made available, and the bar will open for drinks(cash bar). This is the time where if anyone wants to get up and say something for us, we encourage you to! There will be a few key friends and family who have prepared speeches but if you feel inspired to say something, speak up!
Dinner
6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
There will be buffet style dinner provided. It will be a casual dining experience where we'd love to socialize with everyone and enjoy drinks as the bar will be staffed (cash bar).
Reception
7:30 pm
There is space in the venue for casual relaxing and spending time together. There will be music and space to dance! We'll have the bar staffed well into the evening so we can spend as much time together as possible. We plan to have a slideshow of photos and memories to share and a few little surprise activities for our guests!
