What about covid?

Answer

Please get vaccinated. The governor of Maine has lifted all capacity restrictions and mask mandates. It is each of our responsibilities to protect vulnerable guests by getting the covid vaccine. If you are not vaccinated, let us know in your RSVP so that we can make social distancing accommodations for you. If you are traveling from an area with high positivity rates, we ask that you please take a test the week before traveling. Pixel tests are free and are delivered to your house, you'll just need to allow for up to two days to get results.

How do I reserve my room at Linekin Bay Resort?

Answer

Linekin Bay Resort has several different types of buildings and rooms, from typical hotel suites to multi-room cabins. We think you'll have the most fun if you stay with us for the whole weekend! We assigned rooms to everyone who rsvp-ed; you should have received an email asking you to confirm your reservation and place a deposit. Please call 207-633-2494 if you are having trouble with their online portal. At this point, all rooms are full, but feel free to reach out to Charlotte or Tanner if you have any questions.

What should I wear?

Answer

Great question! The weather in Maine in September is typically dry and sunny, and also unpredictable! The temperatures can range from 40 to 70 degrees, and sometimes we get stuck in a week of rain or fog. We recommend bringing layers and comfy shoes. The wedding will be formal but definitely not black tie. And, if the weather is nice, we'll be outside for a lot of it, so maybe don't choose those stilettos. Layer up!

Can I bring my doggy?

Yes please! But also... do you really want to? Linekin has pet friendly cabins available, just be sure to indicate that you're bringing the pup in your rsvp and we will do our best to accommodate!

Kid policy?

Answer

We'd love to have your children around for the weekend! There are lots of activities and spaces for being outside and running around. During and after dinner, we'll coordinate with you to have your kids in our big family cabin with a babysitter, games, pizza, and snacks. The babysitter can also help put your kids to bed if you want to dance the night away unencumbered.
