Kick off the weekend with a welcome party designed for mingling and indulgence. Enjoy fresh pizza, pasta, a roaming gelato cart, and live ricotta making. Sip Aperol Spritz, pick up welcome gifts, and gather for a few short toasts as we ease into the celebration together. For guests staying at Duca D'este: shuttles will transport guests back and forth from Duca D'Este to Castello Branccio. Shuttle will depart Duca D'Este at 6pm: June, 27 – 6:oopm → Duca d’Este → Castello Brancaccio Returning shuttle will depart Castello Brancaccio at 11:oopm: June, 27 – 11:oopm → Castello Brancaccio → Duca d’Este

1:45pm: Shuttle Departure from Duca d’Este → Castello Brancaccio 2:30pm: Arrival Guests arrive as our Grand Entrance performers set the tone. 3:00pm: Ceremony A short, sweet, and striking ceremony led by our officiant, culminating in the exchange of vows and our first kiss. 4:00pm - 6:00pm: Aperitivo A celebratory toast, cocktails, and bites. Live instrumentals, photos, and a moment to mingle before the night unfolds. 6:00pm - 9:00pm: Dinner A three-course meal accompanied by music and speeches from our Best Men and Maids of Honor. 9:00pm - 2:00am: Party It all culminates in the evening party: A modern, high-octane reimagining of Studio 54, less wedding reception, more iconic gay nightclub. Expect a DJ spinning modern club bangers alongside classic disco anthems, signature cocktails, an open bar, and live performers. 2 options for shuttle departures back to Duca d’Este. - 11:00pm for guests who wish to leave earlier - 2:00am for guests who wish to party all night

The day after the wedding: Transportation back to Rome. The shuttles will leave promptly at 11am so please account for time to pack and be ready. Guests will be dropped off back at Sofitel Roma Villa Borghese. 29 June – 11:00am – Castello Brancaccio → Sofitel Roma Villa Borghese 1 bus for guests staying in the castle 29 June – 11:00 – Duca d’Este → Sofitel Roma Villa Borghese 1 bus for guests staying at Duca d’Este. ***If you need to leave earlier than 11am, or need to travel to a different location, you may arrange your own transportation ahead of time.
