Question

When do we need to make our FINAL payment?

Answer

October 1st, 2025 by midnight, be sure to have the remaining balance of your cruise paid for in order to set sail with us! CONTACT OLYMPIA (text or call) TO MAKE PAYMENT(s): 850-320-2528 Ways to pay- Olympia can send you a secure link for credit/debit payments OR you can use Venmo/Cash App.

I need more details on the ceremony?!?

Answer

On January 10th, everyone will get off the cruise ship and walk to British Colonial Hotel. This is a 15 minute walk from the dock. You will enter the hotel and walk out to the lawn for the ceremony. The ceremony will begin promptly at noon. Feel free to arrive anytime after 11:30am and enjoy a lemonade on the lawn. You can wear anything tropical; sun dresses, polos, shorts/pants, blouses, etc. If you need outfit inspiration feel free to text Sam 508-272-4898. After the ceremony you are free to explore Nassau before the reception at 3:45pm on the ship!

Will there be a reception?

Answer

We want to treat this whole cruise like a fun party. After our ceremony, we want to give our guests time to explore the island of Nassau. At 3:45pm please meet us at Music Hall for a one hour open bar and reception! After, we will head as a group to the Main Dining Hall for dinner. That night, we plan on meeting up at Boleros from 8-10pm on the ship to continue the celebration if you would like to join! (Totally Optional)

Will we all be seated together at dinner?

Answer

Each night our group will get to eat dinner at the reserved slot of 5pm in the Main Dining Room. We will all be seated in the same section in tables next to each other! We have submitted dining seating requests to put friends/families in tables together. Dinner options change nightly, but almost every night some type of steak or chicken is on the menu! If you decide to pay extra for a speciality dining experience, we just ask that you do not book for January 10th since that will be our post reception dinner!

Can I bring drinks on the ship?

Answer

Each guest of drinking age may bring one sealed 750 ml bottle of wine or champagne. No beer or hard liquor is allow to be brought on the ship. Non-alcoholic beverages may not exceed 12 standard (17 oz.) cans or bottles per stateroom. Milk and distilled water brought on for infant, medical, or dietary use are permitted. You are able to buy waters, juices, sodas, etc. on board at the bars or shops. *You can add on a drink package to your room as the sail date gets closer! I’ll send out a message when they become available to add!

What dining is included?

Answer

Main Dining Room (MDR), Windjammer, Dog House, Sorrento’s Pizza, Spare Tire, Park Cafe, Loco Fresh, and Sprinkles are all included on the ship! At CocoCay the dining is also included. Dining does NOT include alcoholic beverages. Beverage packages are available to add on, contact Olympia.
