Because it is a Husker football weekend, booking through Booking.com or a third party is an excellent option for any of the hotels listed below. All the hotels below are located in downtown Lincoln, except Annabell Gardens. Annabell Gardens is more centrally located and has plenty of hotel block rooms available! If you prefer Airbnbs, you're welcome to do that as well. Whatever you choose, we'd recommend booking those ASAP, as it is a college football weekend, and they will go fast.
