We have secured two hotel blocks for your consideration, both of which are approximately 10 minutes walking (or 3 minutes driving) from the wedding venue. What is the dress code?

Answer

For the wedding day, the dress code is festive cocktail. Think cocktail attire with a summer twist, such as bright colors, florals, and expressive details. Dress up. Look fly. Make a statement. You’ll be in Brooklyn, known for its vibrant and creative mix of cultures and styles. Our venue reflects that energy. Let the setting inspire you and dress up to have fun and dance! Think linen suits, bold prints, embellishments, tailored separates, and statement accessories. For the Welcome Party, the dress code is Elevated Summer Casual. Aim for a look that is relaxed but refined enough for a fun (and warm!) evening out. Think breezy dresses, linen, and polished tops.

Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Fandi Mata, (74 Bayard St, Brooklyn, NY 11222)

Is the event indoors, outdoors, or both?

Answer

The entire celebration will take place indoors at Fandi Mata. The venue is fully climate-controlled (including air-conditioning), which will be especially appreciated in the summer.

This will be an adults-only celebration. We love your little ones, but we’re unable to accommodate children for the event.

Our venue sits right between Williamsburg and Greenpoint, two of Brooklyn’s most vibrant neighborhoods. From great restaurants and cafés to shops, parks, and waterfront views, there’s plenty to explore nearby. We’ll be sharing a dedicated Things to Do page soon with our favorite local recommendations. And of course—it is NYC after all, so the world is LITERALLY your oyster!
