We're getting married!

Tom and Chelsea met while Chelsea was managing a local Italian restaurant, Paolo's Italian Kitchen. At first, he just came for the food and wine, but over time, he became friends with the owners, Paul and Jeanne. He would join them at the bar, where Chelsea would take care of them. Eventually, Tom and Chelsea came to realize how much they had in common, from speaking Italian (not well, mind you) to their love of old movies and their diverse musical tastes. Their first "date" was a guitar lesson hosted by Tom. Long after the lesson ended, they sat and chatted over a glass of wine. Fast forward 5 years and they still end every day with a glass of wine and conversation about their days.

Both Chelsea and Tom love to travel. Throughout their relationship, they've traveled together to five continents and twelve countries. Despite all the places they've seen, Mexico has a special place in their hearts as the first international trip they took, as well as the place they've visited most often (eight times!). It seemed only right that the next chapter in their story begin in a place they both love so much.
