WEDDING PARTY SCHEDULE
Arrival at hotel – Evening of October 18th
Wedding rehearsal – October 19th.
Wedding day – October 20th 2:30 – 11 pm
Arrival at Stonetree Estate – 2:30 pm
Ceremony – 5 pm
Reception and other activities 6:00 – 11 pm.
GENERAL GUEST SCHEDULE
Arrival at hotel – Evening of October 19th
Wedding day – October 20th 4:30 – 11 pm
Transportation to Stonetree Estate from Best Western Plus Novato Oaks Inn
We have arranged a shuttle to take guests between the hotel to the venue, which is scheduled for 4 pm departure and 11 pm return.
Arrival at Stonetree Estate – 4:30 pm
General guests should arrive at 4:30 pm
Ceremony – 5 pm
Reception and other activities 6:00 – 11 pm.
