We’re getting married!

We met in Davis, California, where we were attending college. The first time we met was at a get-together among mutual friends. Thinking back to that moment now, it’s hard to imagine how close we would become. We soon became friends and started dating. It felt natural to share important parts of our lives with each other, including music, trips, family, and our love of cats. Over the years, we have grown together and shared so much of our lives with one another, and we even have our own cat now, Pascal! After graduating college, we stayed in Davis for another year. During this period, we spent extra time getting to know each other. We shared many fond memories of waking up at 3 am to enjoy homemade smoothies and get ready for work. Plus, we ate tons of sushi (our favorite)! We decided to leave Davis and move to Ann Arbor, Michigan together. This was the first time that either of us had been far from family and friends. While this was initially challenging for us, we supported one another and made great friends along the way. In the summer of 2019, we took a trip to South Lake Tahoe where we got engaged. Both of our parents are from South Lake Tahoe, so it felt symbolic to reunite there for engagement. We are so excited to see where our next adventure takes us!
