There is a designated parking area for the wedding located right next to the venue. Please look out for the parking signs.
Our afternoon ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting, while the cocktail hour and reception will take place indoors. Guests will walk to the ceremony along paved pathways but will need to briefly step onto rocks and grass to reach their seats. For this reason, stiletto or thin heels are not recommended.

There are no specific color assignments for attire; however, we kindly request that you wear semi-formal attire to our wedding. Please, no white and no jeans!
Winchester in the fall tends to be warmer during the day and cooler at night, so we recommend bringing a light wrap to cover bare shoulders for the outdoor ceremony.
We absolutely love your children, but due to space limitations and catering constraints, we are unable to accommodate children at the wedding, except for those who are part of the ceremony. Additionally, we are not able to offer extra plus-ones. The name of each invited guest is listed on your invitation, and we are unable to accommodate any additional guests.
There will be an open bar available for guests to enjoy during cocktail hour and the reception.

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony, as our photographers will be capturing these special moments. At the reception we encourage lots of pictures.
Yes, The designated smoking area is located at the picnic table near the restrooms. Smoking outside of the designated area is prohibited. The venue owner reserves the right to ask anyone not adhering to this policy to leave.
