Please book your room as soon as you can. Moon Palace Jamaica is a very popular hotel and rooms book fast. Instructions to book your room are listed below Username: tamara Password: roger Make sure you are using all lowercase and there are no extra spaces when typing the Username and Password. On Country, select United States. Please do not forget to enter your children. There are 4 boxes under the section to input your travel dates. This is where you will add your children. The first box with (2) is for adults , the second box is for children 13-17, the third box is for children 4-12, and the fourth box is for infants less than 4. If you want to add extra adults or children, you will have to select a double room with balcony and 2 beds. Only Balcony rooms can accommodate 4 people. Click on the room type on the booking website to change the room category. All rooms are based on double occupancy so if you need more than 2 adults to a room there will be an additional adult fee charged. 18 and above are considered adults. Click the VIEW button to book your room!!!!

All guests must complete the C5 immigration form online prior to arriving in Jamaica. You must have your flight booked already in order to complete the form.
