Can we attend the Wedding if we're not staying at the hotel ?

Answer

Unfortunately the hotel requires 80 % of our guest list to stay at the hotel. Therefore, they will only allow 20% of our guest list to purchase day passes. Day passes are $230 usd per person. We have reserved these day passes for close family residing in Jamaica to purchase. We will not know if there will be extras until we have our final list of confirmed guests.

Can children attend ?

Answer

Yes, we are allowing children for some wedding events. We do ask to use discretion when considering bringing them. There is a free onsite children's play room for children ages 4-12 that will care for them until 10pm. The resort also provides private nannies for cost.

How much resort credit will I receive ?

Answer

RC’S: *Resort Credits for tours, activities, spa, golf. 3 nights = $ 500 RC’s 4 nights = $750 RC’s 5 – 7 nights = $1500 RC’s

How far is Moon Palace from Montego Bay Airport ?

Answer

It is approximately 1.5 hrs. Don’t worry the shuttle buses are full air conditioned with charging ports for your devices. Plan accordingly when booking arriving and departing flights.

What entertainment does the hotel have for kids?

Answer

Can I only fly into Montego Bag Airport ?

Answer

If you plan to take advantage of the free airport transfer when staying 4 nights or more, you will have to fly into Montego Bay. The hotel does provide transportation from Norman Manley Kingston as well as Ian Fleming Airport at a cost. Once you have booked your room , you will be able to schedule your transportation and receive pricing on the transportation booking website.

I booked my room now what ?

Congratulations!!!!!! You’re about to have the trip of a lifetime in beautiful Ocho Rios, Jamaica!!!!! You may now download and log on to the "Palace Resorts" app! On the app, add your reservation to get started. This app will allow you to book spa treatments, make restaurant reservations, book excursions, and most importantly order your 24hr room service!!!!! Don’t worry if you can’t download the app now. The hotel staff can help you on arrival.

What time is check in/ check out ?

Answer

Check-in is at 3pm and Check-out is at 12pm. If you arrive before check in there’s no guarantee your room will be ready. Not to worry!!! You will be able to enjoy the resort while you wait for your room. The bell service will keep your luggages and deliver them to your room when the room is ready.

Will there be updates regarding the wedding ?

Answer

Yes, we will be sending all updates via text . Similar to the ones you received for the save the dates and wedding website. We will also be sending out a detailed travel guide once you’ve booked your room .

When is the deadline to book a room ?

Answer

All rooms must be booked by April 3rd, 2026! This is a firm deadline. We strongly recommend booking as soon as possible to guarantee your room and rate. Moon palace is a very popular hotel that fills up quickly. Once the reserved rooms are booked, our membership rate and room availability are not guaranteed.

When is the RSVP deadline?

All guests must RSVP by April 3rd, 2026. This is a firm deadline. This is a multi-day wedding and the hotel and vendors need adequate time to plan accordingly.
