My twin 🫶🏻 Tamara and I met in college in 2015 after she complimented my outfit while we were waiting to get into class. We instantly connected, and I’m so grateful for the last 10+ years of friendship with her. From being silly young college students working retail jobs to adults in our big girl careers, Tamara has always been by my side through every season of life. I’ll forever be grateful to MSU for bringing us together and for a friendship rooted in love, growth, and unwavering support. I’m Marcus’s little sister (and best friend. Obviously). If I were a guy, I’d be one of his groomsman, but Tamara loves me so much she swept in and snuck me onto her side of things, making me a bridesmaid. In other words, it’s perfect. I now get to stand behind Tamara (someone I’ve come to care about deeply) and see the look on my brother’s face as he embraces the best day of his life, to the best person for him.
