Can I bring a guest?

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends! We’re only able to accommodate those named on the invitation. If a plus one has been reserved for you, it will be listed on your invitation as well as when you RSVP.

Are kids welcome?

We love your little ones, however, our wedding is an adults-only event. We cannot accommodate guests under 21 years of age.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Formal-Cocktail attire is required. Our theme is “Soft + Romantic.” All guests must wear colors in the following palette: Soft Pastels and/or Warm Earth Tones. For example, Blush, Dusty Rose, Terracotta, and Sage. This information is included in your invitation.

When should I arrive in Puerto Rico?

Plan to arrive March 25th to give yourself plenty of time.

What is the best airport to use?
Answer
There are two major airports in Puerto Rico. The two major airports in Puerto Rico are the Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) in San Juan and the Rafael Hernández Airport (BQN) in Aguadilla. SJU is about 2 hours and 15 minutes from the Hacienda. BQN is about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Please be mindful of the traffic in Puerto Rico. Once you RSVP, I will send a list of information including the best places to stay near the Hacienda.

Both our ceremony and reception will take place in Lajas, Puerto Rico at Hacienda Los Pablos.

What time should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive by 4:00pm so you have time to park and find a seat.

Is parking available on-site?

Yes, parking is available. You will be asked for your name at the gate to confirm you are on the guest list.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The Hernandez wedding is outdoors! The climate in Puerto Rico in March is dry, sunny, and tropical (it will be HOT)! Dress accordingly, as both the ceremony and the reception are outdoors.
