The location for both events will take place at The Villa, 4060 Powder Mill Rd, Beltsville, MD 20705. The venue is an indoor facility.
We ask that you arrive at least 15-20 mins before the start of the ceremony. Please account for traffic and travel time, especially if you plan to use public transportation. This is a day time event and we want to make sure everyone is on time so we can get the party started as scheduled.
An unplugged wedding ceremony means that guests put away cell phones, cameras, and any other devices.
Yes, cocktail attire. Ladies: wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits. Men: slacks, button down shirt or polo and (optional) suit jacket.
Only if your RSVP page indicates a plus one. We have a set guest list to stay on budget and our wedding is strictly RSVP only.
With the exception of any child the in wedding party, this is an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time.
If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
Due to the climate of rising COVID19 cases, we ask that all guests wear a mask. As we get closer to the wedding day, this may be subject to change for fully vaccinated guests. However, masks will be required for non-vaccinated guests.
Yes, parking is free and there is ample parking. There are a few handicap parking spaces and an accessible ramp inside of the venue.
The wedding party will take photos nearby. Guests can head straight to the reception area where hor d' oeuvres and drinks will be served.
