Yes! We have decided to have an "unplugged" ceremony. Meaning, we ask you to join us in being fully present by putting away all cell phones/cameras. We have an amazing team of professionals, and we promise to share the beautiful photos taken!
We’d love for our guests to join us in formal attire. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit and tie, while ladies can opt for a floor-length or formal cocktail dress. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!
Yes! Weather permitting, our ceremony and cocktail hour will be fully outdoors with our reception being held under a tent.
Unless a plus one is specifically indicated on your invitation, we are unable to accommodate additional guests.
We want our wedding to be your night off and a fun date night! Unless otherwise specified on your invitation, we appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home.
There will be shuttles available from Hilton Richmond Hotel & Spa/Short Pump to the venue and back. Shuttles will leave promptly at 3:00 pm to ensure guests arrive to the venue in time to be seated prior to the ceremony beginning. You do not need to be a guest at the hotel to take the shuttle.
For those that would like to drive, parking is available on-site at our venue. Overnight parking is available, if necessary, and cars must be picked up by 9am the following morning! However, we highly recommend taking advantage of the complimentary shuttle service we've arranged. This way, you can relax, enjoy the celebration (and the open bar!), and not worry about driving at the end of the night.
