The Real ID Act will go into effect October 1, 2021, so you will need either a new enhanced ID or passport when traveling by plane. Please keep this in mind when making travel arrangements.
All guests will need to wear a mask (Washington State Mandate) whenever indoors except when seated at their tables and are actively eating and drinking.
The ceremony will begin at 6:30pm, so please plan to arrive 20-30 minutes beforehand.
We are leaving this one up to you. Kids can have a tough time sitting through a wedding ceremony so, if you think they'll be antsy or disruptive, or if you just want to have a night off, consider leaving your little one(s) at home. If you think they'll have a great time, bring them along.
There is nothing traditional about our wedding, which means tuxes and ballgowns might be a bit overkill. Just wear something nice that you'll be comfortable in. We care more about your presence than we do your attire.
Everyone is invited to bring a date, so please grab a dancing partner and bring them along!
There is a parking lot at the venue with 24 parking spaces available and overflow parking on the street. There is also a separate entrance to an additional parking lot just on the other side of the basketball and tennis courts.
We will have snacks and dessert available with allergies and dietary restrictions in mind. We will not be serving a meal, so please eat before arriving.
We are hiring a bartender to serve wine, beer, and cider - there will not be any hard liquor. There is no charge to our guests for any alcohol - we just ask that you bring along some cash to tip the bartender. There will also be coffee and still & bubbly water available.
Taxis and rideshare services, such as Uber and Lyft, are available and highly encouraged if you plan on drinking. We want you to have a great time celebrating with us but please be safe and responsible when leaving for the night.
Your guess is as good as ours! It could be beautiful, warm, and sunny, or it could be chilly and rainy. It's really hard to say (it is the Pacific Northwest, after-all), so the best thing to do is take a look at the weather forecast within a week of arriving and try to plan for both. Lots of layers is a good idea and don't forget your raincoat and umbrella (just in case!).
